Return, Refund, And Exchange Policy

A. The CRU TV Bike
All CRU TV Bike purchases are on an ownership basis and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Blue Eye Digital Pte. Ltd. ("CRU TV") will not process returns or refunds due to any expectation loss or loss of enjoyment experienced during use of the CRU TV Bike.
Any exception to this policy will be made at CRU TV’s sole discretion. In the event that CRU TV agrees to a return or refund, an administrative fee of $250 will be charged.
Exchanges will only be made under the terms of the CRU TV Limited Warranty and at CRU TV’s sole discretion.
If your CRU TV Bike or product is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or has signs of abuse, CRU TV reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at CRU TV’s sole discretion.
B. CRU TV Accessories
Merchandise purchased either individually or as part of a bundle set are non-refundable and non-returnable.
If the shoes you receive are the wrong size, we’re happy to exchange them for you within 30 days of delivery. The shoes must be brand new and unworn, with the tag still attached.

C. CRU TV Subscription
Subscription fees paid for CRU TV Subscription are strictly non-refundable or convertible. If you would like to pause your subscription, please write in to firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire.
